You can return an item within 14 days of your receiving. Please note that PIJ Direct is located in Japan and you need to send it back to our country. Also, you may not get a full refund when it doesn't meet our requirement described below. Please make sure that the following terms and requirements before your shopping. 

 

Used Item cannot be returned

When you purchased an used item, you basically cannot return it. Please check the item's condition before you buy it.

 

Received a wrong item

We always handle your item very carefully not to ship a wrong item. However, if it happened, we intend to make a full refund after we receive your return. We have never experienced such a matter ever, but when you received the wrong item, please let us know immediately. 

 

Received an item broken

Althogh it's a rare case, an item sometimes might be delivered in broken condition by getting a strong shock in the transit. If it's obvious that it happened in the transit, please let us know immediately. We need to know first why it happened to decide refund.
