How to Prepare for Use
1. After cleaning your face apply an appropriate nourishing skin care poduct, cosmetic oil or mask.
2. Turn on the device with the rotary switch at the bottom of Beauty Bar. Lightly grasp Beauty Bar in the lower part of the handle. Do not hold the device tight as it will transfer vibration on your hand and weaken the action of the T-shaped Beauty Bar tip.
3. Repeat each manipulation 3 times a day, preferably during 10 minutes.
Face Massage and Lifting
Gently press the T-shaped Beauty Bar tip against your skin and slowly slide it up and down, inward and outward your face; you can also start massaging from the centre of your face and take it outward. Make sure you move the massager alongside the muscles and in the direction of lymph circulation. Repeat each manipulation 3 times a day, preferably during 10 minutes.
Special Face Massage, Facial Acupuncture
Use rounded ends on each side of the T-shaped Beauty Bar tip for massaging acupuncture points located around your mouth, nose, as well as behind the ears, in order to improve nourishment of the skin or lift corners of the eyes and wings of the nose. Gently press the acupuncture points on your face for 2 to 3 seconds.

Neck Massage: Start massaging from the base of your neck and slide the vibrating massager upward towards the jawline. Continue massaging your neck with the same technique.
Cheekbone Massage: Slide Beauty Bar from your chin towards the lips, as well as from the lips towards your ear.
Reducing Puffiness: Gently slide Beauty Bar up and down your face.
Getting Rid of Wrinkles: Use regularly during a long period of time; for the best results perform a massage also on your neck, eyes, lips, etc.
Arm and Hand Massage: Slowly move the vibrating massage up and down your arm and muscles in the direction of lymph circulation.
Body Acupuncture: Gently press the acupuncture points located on your palms, feet and body with the rounded side of the T-shaped Beauty Bar tip for 2 to 3 seconds.
